Our 28-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, minus a nominal charge of £1.50 to cover the cost of handling, insurance, and returning the item to our U.S. warehouse, subject to the following conditions. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept contract cancellations for the purchase of CD or DVD products where the seal has been broken. Items received in poor or unsealed condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you -- at your cost.
To cancel your contract, please write the reason for the return (contract cancellation), on the reverse of the delivery slip that accompanies your item. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for delivery services carried out by us (e.g. registered shipping).

DAMAGED ITEM If you take delivery of an item from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt for exchange. We will refund your postage costs, as a credit to your account, upto a maximum of $4 (£2) per item.
DEFECTIVE ITEM You have the right to return a defective item for exchange within a reasonable period of time. We will exchange defective items for a replacement of the same title only, and will refund your postage costs, as a credit to your account, upto a maximum of $4 (£2) per item. All items are tested and, if found not to be defective, will be returned to you -- at your cost.
If you receive an item with a loose disc inside, please play the disc. Occasionally discs become dislodged during shipping, but they are often undamaged. If, after you play the disc, you experience problems with playback, we will replace your purchase.
Please note that items being returned must be genuinely faulty, and the following are not acceptable grounds for return: - The item will not play on my equipment specifically, ie. due to a glitch, region coding, NTSC format playback or R.C.E. - Poor audio/video quality standards by manufacturer. - I did not enjoy/like the content.
INCORRECT ITEM As soon as you discover that we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We will refund your postage costs, as a credit to your account, upto a maximum of $4 (£2) per item. Please follow the instructions below to return the item to us for exchange.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or, where this would cause the postage costs to exceed £2.00, simply obtain a free "proof of posting" certificate. This will enable you to make a claim for compensation should the item fail to arrive. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
