It is important that these Terms and Conditions are read thoroughly, as placing an order with store4.com is taken as acceptance of these.
GENERAL

| 1.  | All contracts entered into using this web site are made with store4.com, and you agree that all goods ordered by you are for your own personal and domestic use only.

| 2. | You agree that e-mail can and will be used as a long-distance means of correspondence.
|
| 3. | No contract of sale will be made between you and store4.com until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you.
|
| 4. | It is your responsibility to ensure that all information given to store4.com is correct and that any changes are communicated to store4.com as soon as possible.
|
| 5. | We do our best to ensure the website prices are correct, but in rare instances an item may be priced incorrectly.If the item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and ship you the item.If the correct price is higher, we will contact you with the option of paying the correct amount or cancelling the order.

| 6. | You agree that all credit or debit card information supplied is your own. Any fraudulent transaction of any kind, however made, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
|
| 7. | You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order entering the shipping process, by sending an email to sales@store4.com.
|
| 8. | You may cancel your order at any time after the product has been shipped, but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive it. This can be done by sending the notice of cancellation by email to sales@store4.com, ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number. The goods must be returned unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition by registered/recorded mail (at your expense), within 30 days of cancellation. Once store4.com are in receipt of the cancelled product(s) (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to store4.com from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to that account as soon as possible.

| 9. | Your statutory rights are not affected, however all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

| 10. | Store4.com will not pass on your personal details to any third party.
|
LIABILITY
|
| 11.  | Store4.com makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on the store4.com web site. All such information and related graphics are provided, and accepted by the customer, on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether stated or implied.

| 12.  | Store4.com will do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible, after being notified of them.
|
| 13.  | Store4.com reserves the right to change all stated information and specifications, including listed price and release date, products and services without notice.
|
| 14.  | All orders for goods are subject to availability and store4.com reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. We may ask for name and address to be verified before we will accept the transaction.

| 15.  | For the avoidance of any doubt, store4.com will not under any circumstances accept any liability for personal injury or damage, however caused in the use of the web site or for any transaction completed, where such injury results from store4.com's negligence or wilful default, or that of store4.com's employees, agents or subcontractors.

| 16.  | Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be. All customs charges and taxes must be borne by you the customer. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

| 17.  | Store4.com accepts no responsibility for goods seized by the relevant Customs or Government authorities.
|
| 18.  | Region 1 DVDs are meant solely for use in the USA and Canada. It is your responsibility to make sure that goods purchased from store4.com are compatible with your playing and/or viewing equipment. We do not accept liability for the compatibility of RCE encoded region 1 DVDs on multi-region or region-free DVD players. Please check the regional encoding on the back of the box before opening. We will not refund or exchange any DVD that is incompatible with your playing and/or viewing equipment.

| 19.  | We cannot refund any DVD if it has been opened (unless defective), is not deemed to be defective by the manufacturer, or simply because you do not like the content. Please ensure all details are correct before completing the transaction. Any returned item that is rejected and then returned to you will incur an additional postage charge.
|
| 20.  | You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return any item that is defective or damaged (from either manufacture or shipping) and we will replace it with the same item. If the return is due to a shipping error we will exchange it for the correct merchandise. Please contact customer service before sending any goods back.
|
| 21.  | In the event that an item is lost while in transit to the delivery address, we must ask that you allow up to 21 working days to pass from the dispatch date before we will consider the item lost. At which point store4.com will only be liable up to the maximum total of the price of the item purchased in respect of any claim.

ORDER PROCESSING
|
| 22.  | Only once an order has been identified and full satisfactory payment received, will a shipment be made, at which point ownership of the goods will be transferred to you the customer.
|
| 23.  | Store4.com will debit monies from the customer's credit or debit card for all orders (including pre-orders) immediately the order is placed.
|
| 24.  | Shipping time is approximate and calculated after the day an item is posted and not when it was ordered. Delays in the postal systems can increase the delivery time so delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed. No shipments are made on weekends and U.S. national holidays.
|
| 25.  | Store4.com aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. However, your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock (backorder). Store4.com will ship as instalments any backorder item as soon as it is in stock. Store4.com is not able to supply dates as when it may get an item back in stock.

| 26.  | All prices shown include postage costs at the standard method of postage to the UK only (includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).

| 27.  | You can keep track of your shipment on-line with the "Order History" facility in "My Account".
